A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting with one of my favourite families at one of my favourite locations. That’s right – the scene of bluebonnet petite sessions: Zion Cemetery in Little Elm / Frisco. It was decidedly less crowded than it was in April, when it was positively covered in bluebonnets. And I think we all appreciated that. We were the only ones there and had our run of the beautiful grounds.
My sister in law Christyn is pregnant with their second daughter. First daughter Caroline is four years old and super ready to be a big sister. Of course she definitely wanted to get some photos with daddy as well. Meet my brother, Jason.
It’s pretty great when your lot in life is to be surrounded by beautiful women, no?
The light at the cemetery covered everything for a super beautiful scene. But we could not believe how windy it was. (Sidenote: what is with all these summer storms? We moved this session up a day to avoid a Saturday storm, and then it stayed sunny all day!) I think we did a pretty good job and keeping it together despite the wind, and only a slight bit of photoshopping out tendrils was needed.
Congratulations, Jason, Christyn, and Caroline on your little addition. We can’t wait to meet her!
